IV catheter
Brief Description
The intravenous catheter with an injection valve and fixators, size 20G, is a medical device designed for long-term administration of medications into peripheral veins (up to 3 days) or for removing fluids and solutions from the human circulatory system using a catheter inserted into a blood vessel (peripheral veins of the patient) to minimize vein trauma with the help of a hollow needle (introducer). The peripheral venous catheter (IV catheter) is inserted into the arm, neck, or head area. The other end of the catheter is open, allowing for the administration of necessary medication. Intravenous catheters are often used for cancer patients who require long-term intravenous administration of medications such as chemotherapy, as well as nutritional solutions, blood products, and more.

Description
The peripheral intravenous catheter is a medical device intended for long-term administration of medications into peripheral veins (up to 3 days) or for removing fluids and medication solutions from the human circulatory system using a catheter inserted into a blood vessel (peripheral veins of the patient) to minimize vein trauma with the help of a hollow needle (introducer). The needle is removed immediately after the catheter is inserted into the vein.
The peripheral venous catheter (IV catheter) is inserted into the arm, neck, or head area. The other end of the catheter remains open for the administration of necessary medications.
Intravenous catheters are often used for cancer patients who require long-term intravenous administration of medications, such as chemotherapy, nutritional solutions, blood products, and more.
The intravenous catheter with an injection valve and fixators (size 20G) comes in individual packaging.

Advantages:
- The puncture needle is made of high-quality surgical steel, maintaining strength with minimal wall thickness. The triple sharpening of the needle ensures atraumatic insertion.
- The integrated support holder allows for easy manipulation.
- The smooth, flexible surface of the catheter and the close fit of the catheter tip to the puncture needle allow for painless insertion into the vein.
- Two integrated radiopaque stripes help monitor the catheter's position.
- The integrated "Luer" injection port allows for the administration of medications without additional punctures.
- The color-coded cap of the additional port allows for easy visual identification of the catheter size.
- The removable cap allows for quick closure of the catheter.
Storage Temperature
From 5℃ to 27℃.
